Our hopi ear candle treatment, officially known as Thermal Auricular Therapy, is a simple treatment that offers benefits for a wide range of conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat.
The ear candles contain camomile and St. John's Wort offering an anti-inflammatory effect leaving you feeling relaxed whilst relieving the pressure from the ear.
The treatment involves a hollow ear candle being gently placed into your ear as you lie on your side in a relaxed environment. The other end of the candle is then lit and you will hear a gentle crackling sound as the ear candle burns. The candle creates a mild suction on the ear, which lets the vapour from the candle gently massage the eardrum and auditory canal.
As you relax, the therapist gently massages your temple and around your nose, eyes, and across your head to relieve congestion.
