You can book and manage your appointments with us online using our simple online booking system.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hrs, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the amount of the treatments booked. (Why do we charge for cancelled appointments?)
Notes
- On your first visit, you will be required to enter your details into our system and set yourself up a password
- You will then receive an email confirmation, which must be read and confirmed by following the instructions
- Please note: You may need to check your junk mail filters to make sure you get the email.
- When this is confirmed, you can log back in and create your appointment by following the instructions.

Why Do We Charge For Cancelled Appointments?
Because we are a busy salon, many people book their appointments in advance. This blocks out the time which means that a room and therapist is assigned to the appointment. This obviously stops anyone else booking the same time.
When the space is assigned and cancelled last minute, it is highly unlikely that it will get re-booked, which means that as a salon we lose money. As a small business, we can't afford to carry the cost of a cancelled last minute booking, especially as we like to invest in our amazing staff and their training.
That said, we try to be as flexible as possible. If you are a regular client who regularly attends appointments and you have a genuine reason for cancelling (and you re-book) we can afford to take the 'hit'.
Unfortunately, some people repeatedly cancel appointments or block out large blocks of time then cancel. When you multiple that across the number of clients we have in a week it can add up very quickly.
If we didn't manage that, we'd be forced to put up prices for everyone, which isn't fair.
We hope you understand. We rely on our clients and their loyalty to Beauty Box and invest as much as we can into our salon so that we continue to offer fantastic treatments with highly qualified and friendly staff.
